Last December 2024, the acquisition of all the shares of RE.NOVA PLAST SRL was concluded.

The operation is part of the objectives of growth and development aimed at strengthening and expanding the commitment made in recent years by Olians Plast to achieve a sustainable supply chain.

RE.NOVA PLAST is a company, based in Potenza Picena, specialized in the production of thermoplastic polymers with reduced environmental impact, able to provide solutions in the green economy area suitable for the recovery of manufactured goods, plastic accessories and synthetic fibers, to obtain new second raw material.

With this acquisition, Olians Plast wants to better respond to the future challenges of a constantly evolving sector within the circular economy.
